Mocha Magic is a sweet chocolate colt who was born to our red
chocolate mare Creech’s Cricket on June 12, 2008. His sire is Sweet Waters Nickels & Dimes,
a stunningly handsome 15 hand chocolate stallion with a gorgeous white/flaxen
mane and tail who has superb conformation and a wonderful temperament to
boot. Mocha Magic’s dam and sire both come
from old foundation lines: Cricket’s lineage includes Sewell’s Sam, Dock,
Choco, Sam Clemon’s Tim, and Tobe; Nickels has 50% Tobe in his pedigree--he is
a son of Johnson's Toby and is out of the show cross of Dock and Spencer’s Dolly
on his dam’s side.
Mocha Magic has superb conformation, and he is already romping all around the pasture. He is registered with the Rocky Mountain Horse Association.
Hazen's Jonathan is a striking rich chocolate colt born to our dark chocolate mare Nala on June 25, 2008. His sire is the great "Gatsby", a beautiful chocolate stallion with flaxen mane and tail who is the epitome of the Rocky Mountain breed in his awesome conformation and gait, along with his super disposition. Jonathan's dam and sire both come from old foundation bloodlines: Nala's lineage includes Kilburn's Chocolate Sundown, Johnson's Toby, and Buddy Roe; Gatsby's pedigree goes back to Choco, Buddy Roe, Kilburn's Chocolate Sundown, Sewell's Sam, and Sam Clemon's Tim.
Jonathan has the classic Rocky conformation, along with a wonderful fearless curiosity and outgoing personality to boot. He is registered with the Rocky Mountain Horse Association.
